After harvesting, stevia leaves undergo a meticulous cleaning process to remove any dirt and impurities. Following this, the stevia leaves are typically air-dried or subjected to low-temperature dehydration methods. Once dried, the stevia leaves can be further processed by grinding into a fine powder, which concentrates their sweetening properties.
