It also contains menthyl acetate, 1,8-cineole, limonene, beta-pinene, and beta-caryophyllene. Leaves also contain rosmarinic acid-like powerful antioxidants. It is a good source of phytonutrients, minerals, and vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, and B-complex. It has many medicinal properties and health benefits.
