Levomenol, apigenin, azulenes, farnesene, spathuleno, and spiroethers are the bioactive components found in Chamomile flowers. Vitamin A, B, and potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sodium-like minerals are present in the Chamomile flower. These flowers have strong antioxidants property combat oxidative stress and protect cells from severe damage. This flower is good for the heart, skin, bone, and gut health.
