It has good nutritional value as it contains vitamins A, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Pantothenic acid, Pyridoxine, Cobalamine, Folate, Vitamin C, D and minerals like Calcium, Copper, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Phosphorus, Pottasium, Selenium, Sodium, Zinc. It is a good source of antioxidants like Beta caroten, Vitamin C that reduce the harmful effects of free radicles.
