Apple Cider Vinegar Powder is basically made from fermented apple juice. The alcoholic fermentation converts sugar to alcohol and alcohol is converted to vinegar by acetobacter, hence acetic acid and malic acid combine to give vinegar its sour taste. It is mostly used in salad dressing, food preservatives, chutney etc. Beyond its culinary uses, organic ACV is also known for its potential health benefits.
