These fruits also contain vitamins and minerals A, B1, B5, B6, and E and minerals like calcium, copper, iron, sodium, and pottasium. It is also a powerful antioxidant that stabilizes unstable free radicles. It has many health benefits and properties like, it is good for the eye, heart, skin, and immune system health.
