          Lactobacillus gasseri is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, facultative anaerobic, lactic acid-producing probiotic bacterium naturally found in the human gut, breast milk, and urogenital tract. It is well known for its gut health benefits, weight management support, antimicrobial activity, and immune-enhancing effects.

          L. gasseri is one of the most researched probiotic strains due to its strong acid and bile resistance, making it an effective strain for digestive health, metabolic regulation, vaginal health, and immunity.
