Bacopa powder derived from the Bacopa monnieri plant, also known as Brahmi, which is native to wetlands and marshy areas in India and other parts of Asia. Bacopa has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries for its potential health benefits.Bacopa powder contains a variety of active compounds, including bacosides, alkaloids, flavonoids, and triterpenoid saponins. Bacosides, in particular, are considered the primary bioactive constituents responsible for many of Bacopa's potential health effects.
