Coconut water is also called as coconut juice. It is the clear liquid inside the coconut present in young and riped fruit too. It has a sweet and nutty taste. It contains 95% water and the 4% carbohydrate which is easily digestible to sugar and electolyte. Coconut water has been used as a folk medicine in Jamaica. It is different from coconut milk as coconut milk is the emulsion form of riped fruit.
