They are now widely cultivated in many warm and temperate regions around the world, including the Mediterranean, North and South America, and Australia. The main lemon-producing countries are India, China, Argentina, Turkey, and Brazil.

Lemons are usually harvested in the winter, but in some areas where the climate is milder, they can be harvested throughout the year. Special care is taken during harvesting to avoid damaging the fruit, as this can cause damage to its shelf life. They are usually hand-picked to ensure the best quality and to avoid damaging the delicate skin of the fruit.

After harvesting, lemons are washed and sorted for quality and size. The fruits are then transported to processing facilities, where they are washed again and waxed to protect the skin. Lemons are then sorted according to their weight and color before being packed for shipment to markets around the globe.

We provide Organic Lemon Juice Powder with a moisture content of NMT 5%. The moisture content of the product facilitates the growth of microorganisms in the product, which in turn increases the risk of biological hazards. Moisture content NMT 5% in our product ensures better control of microbial growth and, in turn, increased shelf life.

Ash value represents the number of inorganic salts naturally occurring in the ingredient and adhering to it. It is the residue remaining after the incineration of the drug or plant part. It also includes inorganic matter, which helps to identify adulteration. Ash value greater than 5% is an indicator of the addition of inorganic metal salts in the product. So we provide an ash value of less than 5%.
