Product Use

Production & Sourcing

After harvesting, parsley undergoes a thorough washing process to remove any dirt and impurities. Following this, the parsley is typically air-dried or subjected to low-temperature dehydration methods. These techniques are employed to preserve the flavor, aroma, and nutritional components present in the herb. Once dried, the parsley leaves can be further processed by grinding into a fine powder or simply packaged in whole leaf form. This dried parsley or parsley powder is then carefully packaged in airtight containers to maintain freshness and prevent moisture absorption, ensuring that the parsley retains its quality, flavor, and nutritional properties from harvest to table.
