Also known as ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is present in citrus fruits like lemons, grapefruit, sweet oranges, mandarins, and limes. It can also obtain from red, yellow and green capsicum, kiwifruit, broccoli, strawberries, brussels, sprouts, tomatoes and blackcurrants. Vitamin C is water soluble and rich in antioxidants. Since our body cannot store Vitamin C for very long, we need to take it in our daily diet.
